About the Event

Enjoy A Very Quail Creek Christmas and Suppor the Local Quail Creek Community Foundation. Please see below to make a general donation or to purchase raffle tickets. 

  • Local Business Booths: For $200 you can sell your goods and services to all those who attend! A great way to support Quail Creek and reach those in the community with your business. You will need to provide: Your logo (if applicable) to foundation@quailcreek.org - no later than November 27 to be included on the sponsor banner. And set up your own table/chair/business area the day of the event by 1:00 PM. We encourage all businesses to bring their own goodie to pass out to those who attend.

NO COST to attend this year's event! We do encourage general donations to the QC HOA when you arrive by cash or Venmo.

    $10 per raffle ticket to win a raffle prize valued at over $250. You do not need to be present to win and can share with friends outside of the community to enter!

  • Kids Craft Sponsor

    Sponsor and entertain the kids who come to this year's event! We are looking for this sponsor to provide an activity for children + a donation of $500. This sponsor will receive their own signage recognition and be recognized individually on social media. We will also recognize this sponsor in an email sent to all HOA members. Please contact foundation@quailcreek.org or send us a message on Facebook/Instagram if you are interested!

  • Entertainment Sponsor

    Each year we welcome a great duo to provide entertainment during the Quail Creek Christmas event! We are looking for a sponsor to cover the entertainment costs in the amount of $500. You will receive signage at the event, individual social recognition and will be recognized in an email that is sent to all HOA members.

  • General Event Sponsor

    We would love to have someone as a general event sponsor to cover the cost of the tables, linens, decor and general set-up.   • Photos with Santa

    We are looking for someone to help cover the cost of photos with Santa! This is the biggest attraction each year and your logo will be included on the photo frames for every person who takes home a photo. We are looking for a donation of $750 to help cover the cost. Your business / donation would also be recognized on social media, on signage next to Santa's Chair and in an email that is sent to all HOA members.
