Raffle Ticket Entry
$10 per raffle ticket to win a raffle prize valued at over $250. You do not need to be present to win and can share with friends outside of the community to enter!

Show your support by being a local booth sponsor of the Very Quail Creek Christmas Event and sell your goods/services or promote your organization!
HOA Member Local Booth
Kids Craft Sponsor
Sponsor and entertain the kids who come to this year's event! We are looking for this sponsor to provide an activity for children + a donation of $500. This sponsor will receive their own signage recognition and be recognized individually on social media. We will also recognize this sponsor in an email sent to all HOA members. Each year we welcome a great duo to provide entertainment during the Quail Creek Christmas event! We are looking for a sponsor to cover the entertainment costs in the amount of $500. You will receive signage at the event, individual social recognition and will be recognized in an email that is sent to all HOA members.
General Event Sponsor
We would love to have someone as a general event sponsor to cover the cost of the tables, linens, decor and general set-up. The sponsor will receive signage at check-in, a social shout out, and will be recognized in an email that is sent to all HOA members. Please email email@example.com if you are interested.
Photos with Santa
We are looking for someone to help cover the cost of photos with Santa! This is the biggest attraction each year and your logo will be included on the photo frames for every person who takes home a photo. We are looking for a donation of $750 to help cover the cost. Your business / donation would also be recognized on social media, on signage next to Santa's Chair and in an email that is sent to all HOA members.
