Quail Creek is one of the state’s largest and most established neighborhoods.  Quail Creek spans nearly two square miles, contains over 1700 homes, and has 24 entrances.  By late 1961, the Country Club was open and homes sat at the hub of future northwest Oklahoma City growth.  The area was considered extremely suburban at the time and was surrounded in all directions by farmland.  It was built in phases, allowing the neighborhood's city streets and utility sections to develop along the way.  These sections date back to the 1960’s and are as new as the 1990’s.

Fast forward over 60 years, and now Quail Creek is proud to be home to a huge diversity of residents, home styles, and home sizes.  From family homes, to empty-nest homes, to million-dollar homes, Quail Creek neighbors have found a common bond in the desire for a traditional neighborhood.  It’s a neighborhood made up of residents who appreciate the winding streets, the large trees, the kids playing, and the sense of community of an “established neighborhood” with the many conveniences that come with a booming surrounding area.  Quail Creek is certainly one of a kind and is truly a unique place to reside! The Quail Creek Home Tour was born in 2016 to not only showcase homes in Quail Creek but also raise funds to benefit the ongoing expenses of maintaining and improving the vast neighborhood. The event has gained increased popularity through the years as attendees enjoy touring unique and renovated homes in this historic and highly admired neighborhood. The Home Tour attracts not only residents of the neighborhood but also people from all around the metro and across the state! The dollars raised from this event are put toward Quail Creek Beautification Projects and continued maintenance throughout the large neighborhood.
