Membership reaches 793 in 2009!

Dear Quail Creek Homeowners,
I truly believe we live in the finest residential neighborhood in Oklahoma City, so it is with pride that I invite you to join the Quail Creek Homeowners Association.
   The cost is minimal: only $275 a year (of which $50 is tax deductible).
The benefits are great:
   *  Private security officers patrol throughout the neighborhood (although they will respond to calls for assistance only from Association members).
   *  An active, working relationship with the Oklahoma City Police Department.
   *  A Directory of all Quail Creek residents, by name and street address  (this goes only to Association members).
   *  Landscaping of common areas.
   *  A Board that keeps a watchful eye on potential neighborhood problems and addresses them quickly.
   *  The annual 4th of July Parade, Christmas sleigh rides and free Music-in-the-Park concerts.

If you haven’t joined yet for 2010, you can fill out the printable version (27 kb pdf) of the membership form.
